1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the MATTIK Health website, newsletter, health application, and MATTIK-operated integrations that link to these terms (the “Services”). The Services are provided by MCMLXXXIV LLC, doing business as MATTIK Health (“MATTIK,” “we,” “us”). Please read these terms before using the Services. If you do not agree, do not use them. We will request affirmative agreement where required.
The proposed initial service is for adults 18 and older who can enter a binding agreement. You may only act for another person when you have lawful authority and the relevant feature permits it.
2. What MATTIK provides
MATTIK helps you organize records, understand medical language, review extracted information, ask questions, compare available results, and prepare for care. Features may be in development, experimental, or available only to limited groups. Screenshots with sample information do not represent your health information. Availability and launch timing may change.
A newsletter signup does not create a paid subscription or guarantee app access. If paid services are offered, their price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and applicable refund terms will be presented before you agree to purchase them. These terms alone do not authorize a charge.
3. No medical advice or emergency service
MATTIK provides informational tools, not medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, or clinical monitoring. Use does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and treatment decisions. Do not start, stop, or change medication based solely on a MATTIK or Muse response.
Do not disregard or delay professional care because of a generated explanation, an absent alert, or a summary of your records. The Services are not monitored emergency channels. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. AI limitations and checking sources
AI-generated answers, summaries, extracted facts, comparisons, and suggested questions can contain errors, omit important context, or misunderstand a record. A source citation does not guarantee that an interpretation is correct. Review original records and check important information with a healthcare professional.
Confirming a fact in MATTIK records your review; it does not turn the software into a medical professional or establish clinical verification. Keep independent copies of important records and do not rely on MATTIK as your only medical record repository.
5. Your account and information
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Upload only information you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate someone, upload records to the wrong profile, or access another person’s information without permission.
You retain the rights you have in your content. You grant MATTIK permission to host, copy, process, organize, and display that content, and provide it to service providers, only as needed to provide the Services you request and as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is not a transfer of ownership or blanket permission to sell your health information.
6. Sharing and optional Muse access
You choose whether to use available sharing features and third-party integrations. Review the permissions before granting access and the destination before exporting or sharing health information. Revoking access does not retrieve copies already received by another person or service.
If you connect MATTIK to Meta’s Muse, Muse may request information or perform supported actions using the access you grant. The permitted actions depend on the integration’s enabled tools and permissions. Review important results and confirmations, especially for sharing, editing, or deleting information. These terms do not grant Muse access without the required authorization.
Muse is operated by Meta and is subject to its own terms, privacy policy, and data controls. We do not control its independent storage, model training, generated responses, or actions outside MATTIK. Describing a possible integration does not represent that it has launched, passed review, or received Meta’s endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Services lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions or security controls, introduce malicious software, submit spam, interfere with operation, infringe others’ rights, or misrepresent your identity or authority. Do not use the Services to make unlawful decisions about another person or to provide regulated medical services without the required qualifications and permissions.
8. Newsletter and communications
When you join the newsletter, you request MATTIK news and app launch updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting support@mattikhealth.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary account, security, or legal communications. Do not submit health records through the newsletter form.
9. Our content and third-party services
MATTIK branding, software, designs, text, and images are owned by us or used with permission. Subject to these terms, you may use the Services for their intended purposes. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law. Nothing here limits your rights in your own records or rights granted by applicable law.
Third-party websites, app stores, and connected services have separate terms and privacy practices. A link alone does not imply endorsement. Access to those services may change or end.
10. Availability, suspension, and ending use
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect others, or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve your information.
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion through available controls or support. In the current app, account deletion requires operator processing and is not immediate. Record cleanup and deletion of previously shared copies are subject to the limitations explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate AI output, complete records, or any health outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MATTIK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected claims. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Governing law, changes, and contact
Subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live, these terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable U.S. federal law. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under mandatory law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
We may revise these terms and will post an updated effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
